I have been working with Aligned for about 3 months, and overall, my experience has been positive. At the beginning, things were a bit confusing, especially since it was my first time working remotely, but the dashboard and instructions became easy to understand over time. The support and management teams are very responsive and patient in handling questions and resolving issues. Payments and hourly reports have always been on schedule and processed quickly, which is something I truly appreciate. Since some projects involve collaboration with other companies, there were a few minor miscommunications at the beginning, but these were clarified through announcements transition to other platform. Overall, I'm glad to be part of the platform and look forward to more opportunities.
