Extremely disappointed with Align Books. Their behavior took a complete 180-degree turn the moment I transferred the payment for a one-year subscription. Before the payment, they were proactive, but now they have completely stopped answering my calls. The software performance is incredibly poor and buggy, making it useless for my business. To make matters worse, they have flatly refused to provide a refund despite their failure to deliver basic service. I have done the payment for ultima on 2-8-2025 , i called shubam around 20 to 30 times , but he dont answer the call , nor they doing setup completion , today 16-8-2025 no response from him nor thier executive. fedup following up.
