I refilled 2 prescriptions
I refilled 2 prescriptions, but only got one. I emailed about it, but got no response.

Our internal policy is to respond to customer inquiries promptly, and you should never have had to wait three days for a response. After looking into this, we were able to locate your original correspondence, which had unfortunately been filtered into our spam folder. Product Delivered Hot to the Touch
My delivery arrived with an ice pack that was completely melted and hot to the touch. I have a hard time trusting the product that was delivered since I’m not sure how the heat affected the potency.

We’re sorry to hear that you were concerned about the condition of your delivery when it arrived. Occasionally, ice packs may be melted or no longer cold upon arrival, particularly during warmer weather. As noted in our shipping communications, if there is ever a concern about the condition of a product when it is received, we specifically ask that customers contact our Customer Service team so we can help. We searched our Customer Service correspondence and unfortunately have not been able to locate any communication from you regarding this issue prior to the review. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to coordinate with a licensed pharmacist to discuss the temperature exposure and determine whether it could have affected the product. If the pharmacy determined that a replacement was warranted, we would have worked with them to make that right. Pharmacy policy also requires medication-related issues to be reported within 5 days of delivery, which is why we encourage customers to contact us as soon as they notice a potential problem. We’re always happy to help resolve concerns like this, but we do need to be made aware of them and given the opportunity to assist. Please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to look into this with you.
