Hi Barry, we’re sorry to hear that your treatment did not have the intended effect. Unfortunately, individual responses to medications can vary, and not every treatment will be effective or well tolerated by every patient. We do want to clarify the role of algorx. We offer access to more than 60 different therapies, but algorx does not manufacture or prescribe any of these medications. Our platform connects patients with independent licensed medical providers who evaluate treatment eligibility and, when appropriate, prescribe medications that are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. We certainly understand being disappointed when a medication doesn’t produce the desired result. If you experienced unwanted effects or feel the treatment was not right for you, we encourage you to contact your medical provider through the platform so they can review your experience and discuss appropriate next steps.
