Hi there, we’re not sure what you mean by “fake.” algorx offers dozens of different medical treatments, and medications prescribed through our platform are dispensed by licensed, regulated U.S. pharmacies. We do not dispense counterfeit or “fake” medications. It’s also important to understand that individual responses to medical treatment vary. A medication not producing the result you expected does not mean the medication is counterfeit or illegitimate, and no medical treatment can be guaranteed to work the same way for every patient. If you’re experiencing an unexpected response or feel your treatment isn’t working as expected, we encourage you to contact your licensed medical provider through the secure chat in your algorx portal. You also have access to the dispensing pharmacist, whose contact information was provided with your medication. Our role is to connect eligible patients with licensed medical providers who independently evaluate them and, when medically appropriate, prescribe the treatment they’re seeking, and then facilitate fulfillment through a licensed pharmacy. That is exactly what was provided here.
