This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!! My dress was way too big and looked NOTHING like the picture!!! I have been emailing them for days with no response. Once they get there money there is no way to contact them! Please do not buy or waste your money!!! My senior prom is next week and I ordered a $380 dress that looks cheap and nothing at all like the picture. Highly disappointed.

SCAM!!! The dress I received does not look like the pictures. The quality is extremely poor and stones are missing. I received the item on Saturday and notified Alglist on Monday. They did not respond until Wednesday. Customer service told me I have 3 days to return, pay for the return myself that they would only issue store credit?!! I want a partial refund or my money back to my payment method after return!! I paid over $200 for a dress that is worth $50 at best!

BUYER BEWARE!! The dress that I spent $190 for my daughter's prom doesn't even look anything like the picture featured online. I wound up having a health issue and didn't reach out to the company for 30 days to start a return and was told by the company t "For any damage/defects upon arrival, we ask that customers notify us within 48hours of delivery and that the item is returned to us within 3 business days. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days after approval will result in a denial for an exchange" UNACCEPTABLE Return policy-TOTAL SCAM-The dress is not worth $190

I was trying to find out when a restock for a dress was and they never answered me. I messaged them on multiple platforms and left comments. Not only did they not answer me but they also deleted my comments.

I never received my order from a month and I did expedite shipping. They were quick to respond to my question regarding wanting to purchase but haven’t responded regarding my package. Ghetto models should’ve known this place was a scam

So far they are absolutely ruining my birthday. They are taking forever to ship out anything to me and trying to communicate with them is annoying in itself because they take forever to respond. This has been the worst experience shopping with them and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else shop with them either. I would not recommend and it’s sad because I suggested this brand to some of my home girls because the outfits look beautiful but what’s the point if you’re never gonna get your item? I’m paying extra for a different item because the original item that I paid for isn’t going to come on time and now after paying extra for the different item that item still hasn’t even been shipped out yet. No refunds only store credit. It’s ridiculous at this point

if it was up to me I wouldn’t give them not even one star ! I’m highly upset because I ordered my dress like a month in advance so my dress could be here on time for my pictures for my birthday and now a week later it still isn’t here ! i emailed him plenty of times and didn’t get a response, very unprofessional!
