I ordered the Julia dress on April 6 with the processing time up to 5 weeks. Even after the 5 weeks, I also expedited shipping 1-3 days. However, on May 12, I contacted them regarding the status and with no reason, they noted that there will be a delay and to pick a ready to ship dress or request a refund. I wish they would've told me that it would not have been ready by May 6 so I could have ample time to find a prom dress for my senior. But no, they refunded but this experience has been lacking of responsibility and reasons. A terrible wasted experience for my teen's dream dress.

Granddaughter ordered a dress in March. She called to change the dress. Sent the wrong dress, offered refund. Still waiting! Buyers beware. Reviews? I questioned. Believe they are not in this country. No phone number for a reason

Would NOT RECOMMEND! PROM dress was $650 the top part of the dress was not attached properly and their was a stain on the back!! My daughter emailed them they stop responding. I emailed they offered $100 credit like someone is going to buy again. I asked for the refund no answer. THIS IS DEAD WRONG! I HAVE PICTURES AND ALL!! No phone number for a reason.

Do not order anything from this company. They don’t email you right back and they take forever to reply back. Took my daughter money she’s a minor who works very hard for her money!!!!!

This company is full of crap!! I placed and order in March and it was due to be shipped out this week. I emailed them and asked about the tracking, well they told me there has been a delay and I can get a refund. I was pissed, so I told them to go ahead and issue the refund. I ordered another dress from a different site same day and NOW Alglist sends me tracking information stating that my order is on the way. How can an order be on the way, when there was just a delay yesterday?? I need my refund ASAP and I will never purchase another dress from them!!

If I could give a zero star I would. This company is a scam, please do not spend your money with them. I have emailed them repeatedly about an order my daughter placed for her prom dress and when it would be shipped. When they finally emailed be back they said it has been a delay in processing the order and they don't think it would be shipped and offered to me a refund. I didn't ask for a refund, I need the dress.

My daughter ordered a dress that’s over $500 for prom next weekend. She received an email mentioning a delay. Has anyone found the direct contact number to this company?? Emailing them is a waste of time!
