My daughter's prom is on April 19th and she ordered her dress on March 19th now we are being told the dress cannot be shipped and here it is on April 11th. she has all of her things except the dress and they are telling her she can exchange them for something else, she can't get her money back, we found the same dress here in town and I am pissed. And what company doesn't have an 1800?

Order my daughter dress 2/20/24 and haven't gotten any response I've been emailing and asking nothing very disappointed to have spent $610 dollars on a damn dress never again 😭

This is a premature review as the end result will pretty much dictate how this review goes. I purchased a dress for my daughter’s prom. I received a email saying that there will be a delay in delivery. Due to material for the dress not yet delivered. Which made me ask why did you put the dress on the site if you did not have the material to make the dress. my daughters prom has not yet come and I’m getting mixed emails in regards to if this dress will be done in time. So the end result would be their ability to complete the task and get the dress done and delivered on time. We will see. Which will considerably raise my experience from a one star two, potentially a five star.

Asking me for a review on a product I still haven’t received is CRAZY! But what I can give a review on is my horrible experience! I ordered my birthday dinner dress and a jumpsuit to wear 2/20/2024 I paid an extra $30 for rush shipping and guess what? I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE OUTFITS! And everyday the shipping changes to a further date. I reached out to customer service to cancel the order and get a refund since it hasn’t shipped and they offered a store credit ! A STORE CREDIT FOR AN ITEM THAT HASNT SHIPPEDDDD!!!! I declined and asked for a refund they responded again saying “how do you want to proceed” MY ORDERED TOTALED TO $460!!!!!! These dresses are a special occasion not everyday wear! Run me my money for a product I didn’t get and it’s been two weeks going on three weeks. I had to spend $190 on another site just to have something to wear to my birthday dinner UPDATE it’s now 3/20/2024 and I still don’t have the items I paid $460 for

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a dress that I had received, countless Instagram ads, promoting the product on a model. However, for the price of the dress, I am extremely disappointed in what I received when the dress arrived, and I instantly regretted my purchase. The fabric seems extremely cheap for the price that I paid. It is not even long enough and where it stops on me, and I have definitely sized up due to my height however, the model that I seen on the ads is built very similar to my physique, so I was quite shocked to see that the dress was not long enough in length, even with going a few sizes up to medium I'm just not happy with the design the color for the price that I paid I am immediately unfollowed them on Instagram after receiving the product and do not plan to order from them ever again I'm considering taking matters in my own hand for reimbursement as I do not feel confident that this purchase benefits me in anyway. If you were considering buying items from this website, I would encourage you to do your research find reviews because my experience was extremely unpleasant... I'm kind of not shocked that they don't do refunds considering the low effort and sheet material used for the garments.

Been waiting so long for my Dress It’s been a month and I still don’t have it

I purchased a dress from them for my birthday and didn’t have time to open it as soon as I got it because I’m a healthcare professional who works nights and long stretches at a time. When I was finally able the try the dress on, it fit me like a tank top. I’m 5’9” and the dress wouldn’t come past my stomach. Literally no coverage or fabric to cover my lady parts in the back or front. So I emailed them to see if I could at least return for an exchange and they sent me a policy stating that after 3 days of receiving the dress I don’t qualify for a refund or return. 3 days???? You gotta be kidding me!!! A dress that was about $300, never been worn, that probably can’t fit a babydoll, you can’t return? Horrible customer service. I really wanted to like this business but I will never purchase from them again. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Cancele la orden. Por que me decia que podia pagar en 4 cuotas y cuando le di comprar me lo cobran todo 465 dollars. Entonces la cancele. Pero el dinero no fue devuelto. Ni me enviaron pedido. Siento que me estan robando.
