I ordered a dress for my senior prom two months in advance but I was getting nervous because the status kept saying it had not shipped yet. I finally received it but they sent me the WRONG SIZE. Now I have to send it back and hope they ship me the right size in one week but I don't trust that will happen. They are not responding to me or giving me any info on when my dress will come in. I asked for a refund since it was their mistake but also no response. Now I have to try to find something else and also lose out on my $200 I spent with them??? Never again. Don't use them as they can't be trusted.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress 3/22 and it was shipped out 3/28. When we received the dress on 4/1, the wrong color was shipped. We sent it back the next day for the exchange. Sadly, the exchange wasn't sent til 2 days before her prom which was 4/26. The dress was expected to arrive 4/29. I emailed them several times, they were slow to respond and unwilling to rectify the situation in a timely manner. They refused a refund although they were at fault.

The dress does not look exactly like it does in the pics. It’s not as much detail as the pics. There is a lot of empty space. I hate that there is no returns, exchanges or even a store credit for unsatisfied customers!

I have no received my daughters dress for prom and her prom is 2 weeks away I have sent alglist several emails and no has responded I order this dress in march

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered my prom dress to be in time for May 18 and this cancelled my order FOUR times for no reason and they do not want to refund me the money for the transactions that I made for the dresses.

Both of my orders were canceled TWICE, and they were still trying to charge me for the transactions and it’s been pending for two weeks, I can not contact them, THEY DONT OPEN THEYRE DMS.& They’re email does not work.

Processing time took longer than we expected, I guess, because we paid for 1-3 business days but received it on prom day, April 20th. If you want a dress from this place, then you may want to order 2-3 months in advance. This is based on my experience and readings of the reviews.

Beautiful red dress for my daughter prom but customer service is very bad dress said 270 and taxes and shipping cost me 48 plus their mistake they sent it to a wrong address their mistake and they did not resend it until I paid another 44 dollars for shipping and I jus received my dress 25 days later
