My dress was exactly what I expected, it was perfect for my birthday and the shipping was fast❤️❤️

I ordered the tinker dress. absolutely stunning and amazing quality. the original dress i ordered ended up not fitting, and their team worked with me to make sure that i got the correct size by the time that i needed it. good customer service is hard to come by these days and needless to say i am more than satisfied. can’t wait to order more!

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service I have received with this company. I ordered my dress at the exact 4 weeks mark and when I realized I possibly wouldn’t receive it ahead of time I reached out and they kept me updated and was able to get my order to me on time. The dress fits perfectly. The material, color and texture was flawless. I felt confident and had so many compliments. Definitely 10/10

I had so many questions about my purchase and Alglist customer service team was right there.. There are so many ways you can reach out to them and they respond in a timely manner. Their customer service is top tier. My experience working with this company was exceptional; beyond my expectations . I received my package in the time frame it was promised. Packaging was perfect. Algist has really great customer service! I was hesitant to buy a dress online due to the no return policy so I messaged them and asked if I would be able to come try them on. They quickly responded yes! On the day of, I was greeted by Aya who was extremely friendly and funny. She made the experience very personal! She helped me find the perfect dresses for my bday! The amanie & a bejeweled gown that was a one size fits all. I’m sooo happy with my purchase I can’t wait to wear both dresses on my special day❤️

The dress was amazing and beautiful, I wish it was a more prominent purple however but it doesn't take away from the designs beauty. I ordered the walk it out dress in purple for my birthday and received many compliments as well as I had the opportunity to take gorgeous photos. This dress was a show stopper and I can't wait to order more designs from the store.
