I received the dress I ordered for my nieces’ prom. When I took the dress out of the bag it had several blue pen markings on. I was very shocked and disappointed an over $400 custom dress was delivered to my house like that. I feel your company should inventory each dress that goes out to ensure it is up to standard. It was a very beautiful dress but EVERYTHING is in the details.

Overall a good company however I do not recommend unless you’re getting a ready to ship dress. I had prom and order a month and a half in advance and they emailed after 5 weeks saying “there’s a delay in shipping”. Was livid in the moment, but they allowed me to choose from the ready to ship section and overnighted me a gorgeous emma gown. Customer service is poor- takes 2-3 days to respond. I would give the company a 5 because of the quality of the ready to ship products… but a 2 when it comes to anything else.
