It a A plus agency

My husband, my son and I recently went to Umrah. Al Fahd travels was excellent arranging the trip with all the accommodations, we modified our trip a couple of times and they were available at all hours answering questions and making the changes we needed. Brother Moiz and brother Usman were courteous, professional and available all the time. We will be planning more trips with their agency in the future Inshallah. May Allah swt reward them for their services.

Performing Umrah during the first Ashra of Ramadan was a deeply spiritual and unforgettable experience for me. Traveling with two toddlers, I was initially concerned about how everything would go, but Alfahd Travel made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. From the moment we booked, their team ensured every detail was taken care of—comfortable accommodations close to Haram, seamless transportation, and constant support whenever needed. Despite the challenges of managing little ones during such a special time, their excellent planning allowed me to focus on my prayers and spiritual experience. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism and care. If you’re planning Umrah, especially with family, I highly recommend Alfahd Travel. They truly go above and beyond to make your journey special.

Great experience. No complaints.

I booked my Umrah package (Feb. 14- 23, 2025) from AlFahd Travels (I travelled from New York). I must say that initially I was not sure if they were legit or not. I found them from google and was hesitant to proceed with them but after speaking to Bilal and Usman I was comfortable and decided to give them a chance. I must say that they provided excellent customer service. Their arrangement of providing transportation from Jeddah to Mecca and then Mecca to Madina exceeded my expectations. When I was in Mecca, I requested Bilal to modify my itinerary, instead of going to Madina direct, we wanted to make a stop in Badr to do Ziyara. Bilal helped with changing my itinerary within 1 hour and continuously sent me the updates. Their transportation service (which is provided by Besma Transportation) was of high quality. Cars were clean and their drivers were punctual. They took us for Ziyara both in Mecca and Madina and provided very informative information. When I reached Madina, we had an issue with the hotel. We called the hotel services, but they did not respond, then I contacted Bilal and Usman, and Usman took care of our issue right away. He sent their representative to the hotel to discuss the issue with the management and resolved it. To my surprise, the next day AlFahd sent a special driver with the CAKE and with a voucher for 1 hour of free Madina drive. Driver took us to various new places in Madina to show how Saudi govt is expanding the city. It was also a great experience. I must say that I have built good relationships with Alfahd Travels and I would highly recommend them for Umrah packages.

Everything was perfect. Thank you brother moize & brother usman.
