We just got back from Umrah with my family. Booked the package through Alfahd travels. Brother Ode was very helpful from beginning to end. He was available anytime to answer my questions and provide clarification. Helped making any changes I asked for. We were very confused before leaving due to the current airspace situation but brother Ode gave us assurance all the time. Everything from flights, hotel to ground transportation was coordinated well. Seamless. Made it easy for us to concentrate on our Umrah. Only two things to think about: 1. Book your tours personally if you are looking for a more in depth Ziyarat tour. We were just drive around to couple of locations with not much education. Tour guides could not speak English at all. 2. Didn't realize I was booking a non refundable, non- changeable flight and hotel and found out later when I inquired about postponing due to the current airspace situation. Something to keep in mind. I expected some kind of travel protection when booking through an agent. In spite of all the uncertainty, Almighty Allah made it easy for us. We completed our Umrah without any issues. Brother Ode was reachable anytime from Mecca and Medinah too. Reasonable price for the packsge.We would highly recommend.

Odai, Awais, and Usman from Alfahd Travels provided an excellent Umrah package. Everything was well organized, smooth, and stress-free. Their support and service were truly the best—highly recommended!

Usman was great. My siblings and I booked our umrah trip and for most of us it was our first time, so we added an umrah guide to our package and it was so helpful. Everything from visa to transportation to hotel was carefully planned and Usman made sure to communicate every step of the way. If you are looking for a more in depth and educational Ziyarat experience, I would say to book separately outside of the package. Everyones expectations are different and Al Fahd does plan and add a basic Ziyarat to your package but I know for some you might want something just a bit more in depth, educational, or walk out to each site- just everyones personal preference. Overall, we all enjoyed our umrah booking through Al Fahd, they made it super easy and stress free from the second you land. I truly appreciate the constant communication and making themselves available to troubleshoot any issues that you may run into onsite. Hope to book with them again sometime in the future inshallah.

I also traveled to Umrah in September 2025 and my trip was beautifully and very organized.The accommodation,transportation was excellent. They are always ready to answer your questions.
