I have bought jewelry from AB from Nordstrom in the past and never had an issue. However I recently ordered from the main website and am very disappointed. The shopping, ordering and payment processing was fine, but that’s where it ended. I was supposed to receive my order on Wednesday August 12th via UPS. The UPS tracking number website that it was on track for delivery that day. Well that day came and went and my purchase showed as sitting in Middletown PA. It still shows it sitting there now. I have called three times to inquire and each time I was sent to voicemail. Left my order number and my return phone number. Not a single call or email. If this is how the company is run they will never get my business again and I will caution anyone that I know NOT to order from them. How do you fail to return a call let alone THREE?

Ordered 2 clutch bags online. Both were too heavy due to the hardware, so I opted to return them. They were delivered back, and after a week of waiting to be refunded, I reached out to their customer service via email. I received no reply. The next day, I called their customer service number. No answer, so I left a voicemail. Called again a few hours later. Still no answer. Sent another email, this time to every email address I could find on their website. The next day, I received notification of my refund being issued. However no one ever bothered to reply to either of my emails, or return my call. Absolute pathetic customer service. Why bother having a customer service email or phone number, if you aren't going to reply to emails or return phone calls? It's like this company wants your business, but wants nothing to do with you after the sale is made. The atrocious customer service is what influences me to never shop here again.

I have just purchased a necklace created by Alex Bittar. As soon as I looked at it, I was drawn in Literally, my hand tingles when I hold it. His creations are divinely inspired. Thank you, Alex, for this amazingly stunning and sacred I call: My Third Eye Altar.

I wanted to replace an earring that I lost and I received a condescending reply telling me it is the customer's responsibility that the earring was lost and they only sell earrings in pairs. This is an exploitive business policy and one that I have not experienced with other jewelers. I will never buy anything from them again.

The items I ordered were beautiful but cheaply made. The rings lost stones and turned brass very quickly. The lucite is just cheap plastic that will break easily. I sent an email with pictures and the ordere receipt of all that hard turned brass with in a month and the missing stone but never heard back. The quality of the items is not worth their price.

I purchased a ring from this brand nearly 3 months ago. I wear it everyday, including when showering, and it has not tarnished one bit! I receive lots of compliments on the style, and am very happy with the quality for a $100 ring. Would purchase again.
