I sent Gift gift card since few days ago, without payment
Response from AlephCardsMay 26, 2026
Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team previously requested your Gift Card ID so we could properly investigate your payout request, but we did not receive the required information needed to review the transaction. Please note that gift card payouts are processed based on the specific payout timeframe assigned to each gift card brand. Processing timelines may vary depending on the card type submitted and its verification process. We also noticed multiple emails were sent regarding the same issue. While we understand your concern, sending repeated emails may delay response times due to duplicate support tickets being created in the queue. To help us resolve this matter as quickly as possible, kindly reply to the existing support thread with your 7-character Gift Card ID (not the gift card number or PIN). Once received, our team will investigate and provide an update accordingly. For security purposes, AlephCards Support will never ask for your gift card number or PIN via email, phone call, or text message. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and for using AlephCards. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand your concern about some gift card rates. Our rates are influenced by market demand, card type, region, and current exchange conditions, which can change regularly. We always work hard to keep our prices as competitive and fair as possible while maintaining fast and reliable service. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll continue reviewing our rates to improve the experience for all users. Thank you for choosing AlephCards, and we hope to serve you even better going forward.
