Good and supportive customer service

This was the greatest purchase I have made for my little chocolate business. ! am able to control the temperature ano temper my chocolate appropriately and it's easy to clean up!

This product works great and I have been using it for my business and I have had no issues. All the waffles fluff up well and everyone loves them.

I am extremely impressed with the ALDKitchen Professional Chocolate Melting Pot. The dual 1.2L stainless steel tanks are the perfect size for working with multiple chocolate types at once, and the manual temperature control is incredibly accurate. It melts chocolate smoothly and evenly without burning, which makes my candy making and dessert decorating so much easier and more enjoyable. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, professional, and clearly made with durability in mind. It heats up quickly, maintains the perfect temperature, and has become one of my favorite tools in the kitchen for baking projects. Whether you’re working with candy, pastries, dipping treats, or decorating desserts, this machine delivers great results every single time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants consistent, professional-level melting performance at home!

Je recommande fortement le fondeur à chocolat ALDKitchen. Il est très facile à utiliser et facilite la confection de bonbons, chocolats. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.
