This compagnie is a scam, they send you dirty use machine, when you return it you have to pay shipping back and after supose to refund shipping and machine when receive, and after they tell story that you didnt send the right machine and because of that no refund!! go check their fcboon it is full of story like mine

I run a business that serves desserts and had originally purchased their waffle maker last year. In the beginning it was working fine but within a few months it started having issues. The wirings inside would keep getting burned and damaging the internal parts. I’ve had to fix same problem 4 times due to the same issue. That’s when I came to find out that their warranty period is only 3 months after purchase (for a commercial grade equipment no less). And they don’t have a customer support phone line, no real person to call and talk to. Every time the machine went down I had to go back and forth via email with them and it would always take at least a couple of weeks for a replacement part to be mailed to me. I have a business to run so the 2-week down time caused me to lose sales every time the machine went down. I finally said ok let me buy an extra machine so I have two on hand, if one goes down I can use the other while waiting for replacement parts to come. So I bought a new one through their website and completed the payment process. During checkout, it clearly said shipping is free. A couple days later I got an email saying they need to charge extra for shipping and asking whether I want to pay or cancel my order. This is such a shady business practice. They use false advertising and tell you shipping is free but then slap you with additional shipping charge a couple days later. I complained and told them if they made a mistake on their website, a reputable business should honor their mistake and correct it later. I know I would for my customers. But they still insisted on charging extra for shipping, basically adding 15% to the total purchase price. My verdict of ALD Kitchen as a business after having used their product and dealt with them for over a year: 1. Product quality - mediocre. As evidenced by their very short 3 months warranty for commercial-grade products. 2. Customer service - poor. As a business that makes/sells commercial equipment to other businesses, they should know the importance of turnaround time. It’s ridiculous how difficult it is to get a speedy resolution to any issue, especially technical ones. 3. Integrity and morals - extremely poor. False advertisement of free shipping then slaps on shipping charge later without even an apology for their false ads.

Received a defective machine (burning smell and visible damage) right out of the box. Customer service kept repeating the same responses and refused to take responsibility, insisting that I pay for return shipping instead of providing a prepaid label. Very frustrating experience. Poor support and lack of accountability — would not recommend.

I returned an item and was personally promised via email and chat that the company would reimburse both the return shipping and customs fees. Despite this, I never received any reimbursement. This broken promise caused unexpected costs and reflects poorly on their customer service. I expected them to honor their commitment, but they did not. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Awful service ordered a donut maker was told free shipping. Then was told I needed to pay another £29.00 to ship. I told this company it was for a birthday present for April 10th so I paid the extra as I just wanted it posted which was 11 days after the order was placed. Now they still haven’t posted it, backwards and forwards with communication saying exactly the same thing !!So I finally asked for a refund in full as obviously not going to get it now nobody is replying at all!!!. I have now had to reorder from somewhere else and am out of pocket with money I cannot afford PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS It is honestly the worst company I’ve dealt with in years

I ordered a waffle on a stick machine a month ago and never received the machine. After a week I began communication with the company via email, chat through website and repeated voicemails. You can't reach anyone to talk to. One phone number says it's a scam and the other just rings through to voice mail. Once I received a response I was utterly confused. They said they needed Ein number to ship the item but the website sells to everyone not just businesses. Then they said I would have to pay customs fees. After weeks of back and forth communication I asked for a refund. They responded with the item is with the carrier and we are waiting for a response from them about cancellation. WHAT! The whole problem was shipping it it's shipped then don't cancel it. However I contacted DHL and they informed me that a label was generated but the item has not been received. Absolutely insane. Worse customer service ever! It's been a month and no machine or refund. Proceed with CAUTION!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered product, they send the wrong product now I can’t get in touch with a human to talk to. All the numbers they have listed are not working. You send several emails and are pushed from one dept to another because of their incompetence. SO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
