I never made a subscription
I never made a subscription, but then I got charged again, when I tried to contact the company 3 times to explain the situation. I asked them to remove my name on the list, but I was dismissed quickly with no compassion. This company is pushy and unforgiving.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
After you buy the product they don't give you the option to cancel your subscription if your not happy with the product. The Blue product does not have any ingredients label on the bottle. That is a red flag for me. They don't tell you they lock you in for a 3 months subscription you can't cancel from the website and I didn't receive all of my order and the product I received looked like the box was opened previously. I reported them to my credit card company.

The ingredient panel: every Alcami product should ship with a full ingredient and dosage panel, so if yours arrived without one I need to see it — that's a manufacturing or labelling issue and I'd want to trace the batch. Scam Alert
You buy one, but once they have your credit card, they sign you up for a subscription that you are not able to cancel or access. I’ve been fighting with them back-and-forth, and the only solution will be to cancel my credit card. Absolutely horrendous. This is not a local company or a reputable company. This is a scam.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. subscribed by accident wanting to try product. They would NOT let me out of the subscription and you are locked into 3 cycles after the initial- no modifications. I never would have bought a 3 month supply on a monthly subscription. Total BS customer service. The product is not bad but the company is terrible.

Theft, immoral, deceit…
As other (real) reviews have stated, this is a shady, immoral, and corrupt website whereby they silently lock you into a 3 month subscription with (somehow?) a zero refund or return clause of which you literally cannot get out of. Frankly, I’m quite certain it’s illegal!!? I hope these guys get shut down. How can you even sleep at night operating under these tactics? I’m a very reasonable person, and I’m all about capitalism, but your policy is immoral and deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

SCAM
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. They trick you into a 90 day subscription that you can't cancel. If you insist for over a week, sending many messages, they may finally relent, as they did for me after I threatened to have my bank block their account. I hate spineless, immoral companies like this. I hope they understand the frustration they cause the world, and that their negative energy comes back around to them, and they remember why we act with honor in a society. Shame. Refuses to cancel my subscription.
First off, all the positive reviews are bots. I have been e-mailing them asking for over a week and half for them to turn my subscription off (conveniently the link to manage subscriptions doesn't work). And it's been a back and forth of 5 different emails asking me if I'd like to pause it instead, or just try it out for another month, etc. After the third time of saying I didn't want it, they replied back with "Oh well looks like your subscription has just gone out so we can't cancel it". Total scam company and nightmare to end subscriptions with them.

Shawn, the specific thing I want to own: you asked five times, got offered pauses and one-more-months instead of a cancellation, and then were told the shipment had already gone out. That's a retention script being used where a simple yes was needed. I'd like to refund that shipment and confirm the subscription is dead. Lies total lies about the product and no delivery
Shilajit reviews were so positive therefore I ordered but till date no sign off the package no information nothing. BIG HOAX COMPANY Should be taken off the Google advertising to let others know about their lies and lies and more lies I lost £56 ordering the so called product
