I have 6 pieces by Albion. I have recommended them to friends and family!!! Attempted to return a two piece suit I purchased for my sister (Who lives outside the US) Gave it to her when she came for a visit. It was within the 30 days. Called customerservice numerous times. Never got a call back or email. Now of course its over their return period. Now I'm stuck with suit I don't want. Lynne Maher A very unsatisfied customer

My goodness - ordered my first time, paid expedited - did not come in time. Like hasn't moved in a couple days from the initial departure. Blamed the post office, very quick to refund my shipping - however, when I inquired about the return policy (since I will be out of the country for 30 days) the lack of professionalism in the email was insane. I would never deal with this company again. I was hesitant to order based off their terrible reputation - but did so anyway. Happy to spend my money with a company who values their customers.

I have been a previous Albion customer, but after this experience, I will never purchase from them again. I returned a swimsuit that had never been worn and still had the hygiene liner attached when I sent it back. I was shocked to receive an email stating that my return was being denied because they claimed it had been worn. When I questioned the decision, the explanations I received were inconsistent and did not give me confidence that my return had been evaluated fairly. I also contacted customer service hoping someone would review my concerns. Instead, I felt dismissed. At no point did anyone acknowledge that mistakes can happen or show any willingness to investigate my concerns. I was simply told that the decision was final and that there was nothing more they could do. The most disappointing part isn’t just the loss of the refund—it’s how I was treated as a returning customer. I expected a company that values its customers to at least listen and thoroughly investigate when a customer disputes a return decision. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I have lost confidence in Albion’s return process and customer service, and I won’t be shopping with them again.

Just the fact that I cannot speak to a live person to find out where my refund is! Normally I would say, it's not my problem that they are busy, and slow to issue my refund. Obviously it is. I'm sorry I didn't, see all these negative comments before I ordered.I would have never ordered no matter how much I liked the suit.t I just get the feeling that either I won't get the refund for some off the wall reason, or if I do it will take forever! If I could give no stars I would!

I ordered a swimsuit on May 25. It is now June 18. All efforts to find out where my suit is located just say it has been sitting in SLC since June 2. I tried to call them, and it went to VM, during the hours that they have listed as their "open" times. I tried to chat with their chatbot (because when you click 'contact us' it only offers a return option). Sent to email from there. What is happening with this company?

I have ordered from this company multiple times without issue in the past. Recently, I ordered a pair of pants and the seam split the first time I wore them. They suggested that I return the item, but upon further clarification told me that I would likely not get a refund since the tags were off. They clearly don’t stand by their products and I also felt like they were trying to trick me into send the product back and keeping my money. Really poor customer service and business policies.

Terrible communication. Always has been. Get back to you right away, then ignore you. Bought a ton of stuff from here. Buyer beware. Believe what you read on the internet. Poor customer service.

Terrible company. I’ve visited a few store locations and there is either no customer service or way too pushy sales associates like they’re working off of commission. The owners and higher ups are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope this business goes down.
