They were accommodating

I ordered the suits off the website. I then get a call from Alberto telling me the suits I selected were for slim fit. Mind you im a 60. So then says I'll put some suits in the box and what you don't want you can send back since you purchased the return label. Ordered 7 suits all were suppose to be 3 piece suits. Out of 7 suits 4 were very nice 3 piece and 3 were just basic 2 piece suits. I called him and told him I didn't like the 3 suits. He asked what colors I was looking for I said brown and tan. He said I have them in your size. I'll send them to you and you send me back the others. I said OK. So interaction was OK and the willingness to try to make me a satisfied customer was there. But I got the sense that now that had gotten my money they were not trying refund me. Also I was told the suits were $225 a piece. Which made me think those 3 two piece suits could not have been $225.00. Which also makes me wonder how honest are you. But overall I do like the suits.

Very happy with my product. Received many compliments at the work holiday party! Product is well crafted with quality materials and fit was perfect. Merchant also honored thr 10% cyber Monday discount that did not apply at checkout post transaction and confirmed the credit on my credit card. I plan on purchasing a suits for future occasions.
