I didn’t get what I order and the size was wrong and trying to get it return is been a headache and a run around

DO not recommend. Beware of this shop. They take customer orders but are unable to deliver the merchandise. I bought two suits over three weeks ago. They overcharged me because they said they were plus sizes, and since I needed them for my clients, I bought them anyway. They told me it would take a week and that they would ship via FedEx. Today is June 13th, and they are still unable to deliver my order. They gave me three fake tracking numbers, and none of them work. When I ask for a refund, they refuse.

Ordered a green blazer in March. Wrong size received end of April. Processed an exchange for the correct size May 1st. The return label they provided was incomplete, without a street address, so FedEx returned the box to me after a week. Follow up emails, attempts to call customer service. June 9 and I still have no green blazer but I received an email today from MensItaly asking what I thought of the blazer. Really?

They are a total scam. Cheated on my shoe order that I have never received and repeatedly lied to me when I called them several times. I will report them to the government and elsewhere as well

Order was not complete part of the tux was missing, the second part of my order was not delivered on time. They were suppose to refund me for my missing item and the shipping and instead tried to say that it was a combination return. Horrible customer service will never buy anything from this site again and suggest you use another site for your suit needs

I ordered a suit. It came in as the completely wrong thing, They tried to gaslight me about photo lighting making it look different, (so not true it was laughable) and when I made them take the wrong item back, they not only made me pay the $50 to ship it back, THEY PARTIALLY REFUNDED MY ORDER AND STOLE MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

I bought a suit from the Alberto Nardoni website for my father to wear to my wedding. I paid €346.84, including DHL shipping and customs duties. The store: • Shipped via USPS, which was not agreed; • The product never arrived; • They charged €32.57 in customs duties, but paid nothing to customs; • I was forced to pay an additional €148 to Portuguese customs (CTT); • They never sent the official purchase receipt, which is illegal; • They don't respond to any emails or messages. I'm in the process of disputing the bank, reporting it to the authorities, and now I'm issuing this public notice. ⚠️ Caution: It looks like a luxury store, but it acts like a scam.

Do not order from this store if you want a suit delivered later than what you paid for and a suit that isn't even the size you wanted. I paid for 3 day shipping and I had to stalk them and send them several emails to try a d figure out where my suit was. I received it almost 2 weeks later. Then they sent me a suit size I did not want. I wanted a 32 pants and instead was sent a 38 and the jacket was too big to fit me. I regret buying from here.
