I purchased an alarm system from another company before discovering Alarm Grid. During installation, I called Alarm Grid a few times to ask several questions. Even though I didn't purchase from them, Sterling was very helpful in answering all my questions. What's even more impressive is each time I called, even after hours, I reached a live person or received a call back shortly after. Because they were so helpful, I decided to go ahead and use their monitoring services. I signed up online after hours. Within a few minutes I was contacted via email and told my system would be activated the next day. Great I thought. A few minutes later I was again contacted letting me know that activation was complete! Thanks Alarm Grid, great customer service!

I have been with Alarm Grid since 2013 and i haven't regretted it since. These people are very fast at answering questions. They have the newest and greatest products available. I am an advanced user but i find it amazing how they produce videos all the time and do it in such a way that if you never did anything with an alarm you could watch the videos and put it in yourself. I find myself watching the videos and i enjoy them. If your looking for a good caring group of people to get an alarm from thats not going to rip you off or leave you hanging then choose Alarm Grid. I find most of the time that they have answered the questions in forums on the website for different products. You've got a customer for life. I also found it pretty incredable that i was setting up Self Monitoring and i realized that I was talking to Sterling the main guy that produces all the videos and answered most of my questions. Sterling and Julia have always been really helpful and knowledgeable, answering questions about hardware, services, monitoring, etc in a personable and professional manner! We were one of their first clients and have been pleased with their service continually. If you're a do-it-youselfer, or even if you're just a little handy, you can totally get a system installed yourself with the parts from Alarm Grid and their excellent advice and monitoring. It's not really that difficult and their team will be ready to help along the way! Can't recommend them enough!

Sterling and his team at Alarm Grid are the BEST! Before I started on my own DIY project to install a wireless alarm system into my home, I read up on a lot of FAQs on the website and watched a ton of their helpful videos on YouTube to gain the confidence I needed to do my own install. Placing an order on the website was very easy and straight forward and loved the package deals. Customer service was beyond amazing as they have answered every question or concern I have thrown at them. When it came to activate my monitoring service, the customer service agent was very professional and friendly and was able to walk me through the entire process step by step. Even after I did my own install, I was so pleased with the Alarm Grid service that I went ahead and ordered more equipment to install at my parents home. I would highly recommend Alarm Grid to anyone looking to do their own DIY installation of an alarm system as they are super knowledgeable and will help you out through the entire process. My first DIY install and it went quite smoothly with Sterling's assistance and the Alarm Grid videos. I had one setup glitch that I couldn't figure out after it was up and running and sent over an email which was answered quickly (it was a weekend) and provided an accurate solution on the first shot. Researched several companies prior to selecting Alarm Grid for monitoring. The system is easy to use and I am totally satisfied with my decision. As a new DIY alarm person, I used the YouTube videos from Alarm Grid to help me set up my Honeywell Lynx Touch. It seemed only fitting to look into Alarm Grid's service as well. I generally research the heck out of everything and Alarm Grid's prices are what attracted me as well. So I knew they had the technical experience and the cost was very competitive as well. Again being a new alarm DIY person I wanted to start slow and the activation was on time, thorough and my system was activated as expected. I like that I can stop at anytime as well as upgrade if needed when I go to Home automation. The app and web page work well also. So if you want solid technical backing, great prices and scalability (backwards and forwards) you cant go wrong with Alarm Grid. I did wait a few months before posting to ensure I was able to clearly asses the service. I give it two thumbs up. I feel safe knowing that Alarm Grid is on my side, and isn't that what having a security system is all about?

I only just activated service with AlarmGrid, but my experience with their support team was excellent. The activation process was exceptional, contacting me exactly at the scheduled time and walking me through all of the review of my current set up. They made a few suggestions for changes and fully explained why, ultimately allowing me to make the final decision, but I really appreciated the proactive safety suggestions. I would recommend AlarmGrid for the "do-it-yourself" consumer wanting a nice service with nice techy features (iOS/Android app, website, etc) without the typically high-tech monthly cost!

Great technical sales resources, including a no-hassles follow up to make sure everything was good. Great technical support to help with the installation and friendly people to help you through the activation process. Would definitely recommend you check out AlarmGrid if you're shopping for a new alarm system.
