Prices on equipment and service plans are reasonable, service is great (for whatever isn't self-service or otherwise automated, they're quick to follow up with a live person to take care of things), about all I can ask for. This company goes above and beyond expectations. I have worked with a lot of alarm installers and monitoring stations in US and Europe - way-over-charging, arrogance, vagueness, rudeness, hiding information to preserve their monopolies, has been the norm for decades. AlarmGrid noticed this market-space and is the exact opposite of the classic alarm industry. They go out of their way to help you set up your system, they locate problems you may have missed, they encourage you to do-it-yourself, they show patience for issues/errors you made that they have seen 100's of times. Their fees are very fair and their staff is super-polite with old-fashioned courtesy. Trust is a very, very rare thing these days, but from my experience this company can be trusted.
