Sterling Donnelly and the team at Alarm Grid were exemplary in the service that they gave me, converting from a central station monitoring experience that I was leaving to their monitoring service. All went very well and for my rating of them, 5 stars is not enough.

I was having difficulties changing my WIFI info in my Lynx..made a call to Alarm Grid, got right through to Jarrett...he took me step-by-step through the change process...he then did a diagnostics from his end to ensure proper connection! Wow! He “knows his stuff” and I am very pleased! Thank you, Jarrett! Alarm Grid rocks!!!

My first contact and experience with Alarm Grid was amazing. Jarrett Scriver the Tech Rep walked me through every step of setting up my Quolsys system as if he had coregraphed and anticipated my every move. I was waiting for my appointment with what seemed like a million questions however by the time we had completed the setup Jarrett covered almost every item I needed to know. Great customer service!!

AlarmGrid's tech support and how to web content are excellent. Jared helped me resolve my camera setup issue today. I prefer to DIY and appreciate that knowledgeable help staff is available as needed. I should add that I was a telephone support engineer for a large software company for three years and know when I am receiving good support.

Alarm Grid tech department is outstanding! I have had several issues and they resolved all of them in a matter of minutes. Best security company I have used in the past 20 years.

Everyone at Alarm Grid has been most knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and helpful. They determined the parts I needed to update my panel and add cell radio, the cost was reasonable, the parts arrived promptly as promised, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and testing and commissioning the panel went like clockwork. The website is self-explanatory and easy to use. There can't possibly be another alarm company with which it is more pleasant to do business!

They have been great to work with setting things up. We accidentally set off a panic alarm and they called within a minute to check on us....great service.

This may have been the best customer service I ever received! I switched to Alarm Grid based on their great reviews, multiple monitoring stations, and reasonable price. Unfortunately there were problems with my older alarm board and upgrading to cell service. The techs at Alarm Grid were really great and teleconferenced in my alarms manufacturer and the manufacturer of the cell unit. It took multiple calls to trouble shoot all the programming and wiring but they figured it out and got us connected. All the people I worked with here were professional and capable and they went above and beyond to fix our problem. This is a great company!
