Just set up my diy Qolsys alarm panel with Alarm Grid and the experience has been great. My initial contact, Steve was very patient in answering all my questions since this is my first time working with this type of system. Got me set up on an account with Alarm.com then the service tech did the remote connection to my system. Each person that I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable about my system. Their website is a wealth of information for a noob like myself. I also purchased some additional components for my system from Alarm Grid at a very competitive price.

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Alarm Grid. I worked with technician Bryce to get my system up and running. Bryce was patient, clear in his instructions, and an all around professional. For something that could have taken a great deal of time, getting my alarm system registered with Alarm Grid was an absolute breeze. Not only do I now have a modern security system, but I'm also paying less than I did with a previous company. More for less and on my own terms? Yes, please!

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. George was very helpful with account set up. Dylan was particularly helpful with the system setup. They set up and tested my Honeywell Vista system in about 30 minutes. They have extensive DIY info on their website which is very helpful.

Kudos to Dylan on the awesome job of setting up and programming my Honeywell system. He was incredible and also very knowledgeable about my system. The whole setup was completed in less than 40 minutes. Now my home and family are protected 24/7/365. Thanks Alarm Grid!

Was looking for self-monitoring solution for our remote cabin and alarmgrid’s offering looked to fit the bill. Two months later, this has definitely proven the case. Easy process to get connected. They gave very clear instructions and it was virtually seamless. The only glitch was a bad Ethernet cable connect panel to router but a short conversation with customer support led to a diagnosis and quick fix. Should note that customer service has been excellent. They followed up on questions as well as checking in to be sure all was working. Already it has been handy for checking status and allowing us to turn alarm off/on when workers forgot code. Hopefully will never need it for break-in or fire but it provides peace of mind knowing that it’s there.
