AlarmGrid is awesome. Fast delivery and super fantastic service. Dylan has been so helpful. I didn’t have issues with installation because the team addressed any potential issues right up front.

The Best Service
Can't say enough good things about this company. After shopping big brand names, local companies, and even those DIY wireless systems, I'm so glad I found Alarm Grid online. Have a system already in the home, but wanted to make some changes, add some sensors, etc. and found Alarm Grid because of their amazing tutorial videos and documentation. Jarrett helped me out with any questions I had before the activation and Bryce was very helpful with my activation. And the price along with no contracts to sign, it's a no brainer to go with Alarm Grid. So happy I did.

Had a problem with totalconnect syncing for some reason. Was unable to figure it out myself and contacted support. Dylan answered (at 7:00PM, it should be noted) and was able to correct the problem within one phone call. Thank you!

Fantastic support for DIY'ers
Fantastic support for DIY'ers! Provided everything needed to upgrade a land-line Vista-20P to an IP (LTE/internet) based TotalConnect2.0 system. Videos and FAQs on website are very useful and made installation a breeze. Dylan promptly called at the selected appointment time to connect to AlarmGrid, provided clear steps to get things working on my end.

It doesn't get any easier than this
It doesn't get any easier than this. What a great company to sign up with. Dylan took the time to reset up my equipment, which I must have done incorrectly and had my system up and working in less than an hour. I am a person that over researches everything and I did my research on this company. They have exceeded my expectations. Every person I have contacted in this company has been Extraordinary Helpful and professional. From purchasing the equipment to the install to the set up for monitoring I am completely satisfied and happy to be a customer. Thank you very much for your help.
