There was an issue linking my new FOB to the panel. Not sure why this issue even existed in the first place, but I guess there will be some issues. Sophie Tardif at Customer service was very good and we got the issue resolved. I have had all good experiences with Alarm Grid's customer service.

If you're looking for a monitoring company for your Honeywell security system, this company is your go to. Dylan helped me get everything linked up with their systems and went above and beyond to explain things about the system to me. He was extremely knowledgable. It was very much appreciated and I highly highly recommend them.

With the assistance of Alarm Grid staff I was able to upgrade my system to dual path Internet/Cellular Data monitoring and drop my land line. Jarrett helped me determine that my existing control panel was current and all I needed was an LTE communications module which I was able to install. This is an excellent company! Their online information is quite thorough and enabled me to do research prior to contacting anyone there. Thank you, Jarrett & Bryce for a smooth conversion. I will use Alarm Grid for other properties that need monitoring as well.

After working with many alarm companies over the years, this one is truly unique in its level of response and customer support. Dylan was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me through a couple of technical issues in getting my alarm system clear of errors and online.

Alarm Grid was very easy to order and receive the alarm system that I wanted. I was able to get all accessories that I needed. I used the live chat to get help with one of the sensors that I was installing. Everyone was very helpful. Bryce and Jarrett were very patient with me while trying to get an image sensor and thermostat hooked up. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them for any DIY alarm servicing. I did sign up for the self monitoring and so far it has worked perfectly. Jarrett advised me on what type of outdoor siren to order that would work with my system. So it is on its way and hopefully no issues installing but if there are I know that I can get help from Alarm Grid. Thanks for such a great service and offering better pricing for the monitoring options.
