From start to finish Alarm Grid has been great. When I began looking into getting an alarm system, I wanted what the "pros" would install but I wanted to do it myself so I didn't have to pay the ridiculous amounts that pros want. Alarm grids videos, blog, and store have all been extremely helpful. My IQ Panel 2 plus system was very easy to set and get customized how I wanted it in a single afternoon. Dylan assisted me in getting my panel connected for monitoring and he was very professional and knowledgeable.

Dylan worked with me over the phone to help me set up my system. He provided prompt and fast service. The entire process on the phone took less than 10 minutes. I was also able to set up my Honeywell Lyric System and sensors in less than 10 minutes. I used some basic tools I had around the house, including some 18-gauge auto cabling, a wire stripper, and a screwdriver set. All the sensors have sticky backings, so no tools were needed to mount them. Overall, this company has excellent service, and their services are super affordable. I'm actually saving money by getting an insurance discount with my Alarm Grid system. Thank you Dylan, and thank you Alarm Grid.

Just set up monitoring from Alarm Grid. Prior to that, I worked with them to determine what was required to bring my system up to date, which included adding a new communicator. The information Alarm Grid provided was EXCEPTIONAL - the detailed videos, the step by step instructions, and all. I did the installation of everything myself - but could not have done it without their videos and manuals, which made it all easy! System monitoring was set up by Dylan, and he was awesome as well! After I did the installation myself, he remoted in and got everything working, sent me information on how to connect with Total Connect 2.0, and got me up and running. He was great overall - answered all of my questions, told me exactly what I had to do, and helped me step through the process. Overall, I don't have experience with their monitoring service yet, but I expect great things! Their customer service is fantastic, and online resources are among the best I've dealt with - ever! Great experience from offering recommendations on the security system to great instructional videos on installation/configuration. Jarrett and Dylan were super helpful and made the overall experience very easy. Great job guys!
