Great Customer Service. Easy to work with and very helpful

I switched to Alarm Grid several years ago when my, then, current provider could not solve a connectivity problem. Alarm Grid diagnosed the issue as a weak cell connection. I switched carriers and was back in business. We moved and I again partnered with Alarm Grid. After installing the system I went to set up the activation appointment and found the earliest date was past our departure from the state. I stated my concern and the Alarm Grid customer service made it happen that same day. Additionally, any time I have a technical question they always respond.

I had to contact your company due to Testing my alarm for insurance purposes. As it turns out, I had a problem, which I was unaware of; due to my passcode. Thank God, Aja was on the other end of the line, her patience, in dealing with me, was beyond my expectations. In the midst of all this, my internet connection was lost and she assisted me in the rboot and resetting my passcode and testing my alarm. You are fortunate to have her on staff.

So I was an ADT customer. Figured that I could install my own system and simply move the monitoring from one system to another. Was told by the call center tech that this was possible. Had an ADT tech come out and was told otherwise. Update the radio on my current system free of charge was all he did. Called ADT back and was sent from one rep to another and finally gave up. Was told to call Account Management on Monday. Serves me right for being technically inclined. Called Alarm Grid and spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Asked if I had everything all setup which I answered yes and that the system was powered on. Mentioned they were backlogged for appointments to setup the panel, but found an open slot for the same day. Even with Cell phone issues, I was able to update my request to a different number and spoke with Dylan who walked me through the rest of the process to get things setup. All in one day. Excellent service and hopefully will be a long time customer.

When we looked around for a long distance Alarm Monitoring Company we were quite impressed with Alarm Grid. We are in Canada and wanted to self monitor our own system and use the Z-Wave features with our Alarm Panel. Alarm Grid offer a great selection of DIY services to choose from at a price we can afford and provide excellent information that assisted us with getting everything set up. The activation process completed by Aja was quick and painless and very professionally completed. We are looking forward to having a long association with Alarm Grid and are happy we chose them.

AlarmGrid offers the most competitive alarm packages on the market. Sophia and Jorge were great to work with and made sure I had everything I needed to get my system up and running. I had my system designed and installed in less than three weeks! This is my second home with an AlarmGrid system and coulndn't be happier with the outcome. This latest install was complex due to an older system already in the home but Jorge and Sophia helped identify the key pieces of the Lyric system I needed to complete the upgrade. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
