I am a DIY person, once I had the panel ready on my side, in a few steps by phone they had my alarm connected to alarm grid and ready to go. Thanks for everything, I never thought it was going to be so quick.

I recently upgraded my old Lynx system to the new Honeywell Lyric when Alarm Grid wrote me the old cell monitoring system would not be supported in the near future. I knew that day would come eventually, so I didn’t have any worries at all, having always had exceptional service from Alarm Grid. I couldn’t be more happier with the Lyric system and the support I received over just two calls to get it completely up and running!! Customer support team was awesome throughout!! Online videos were very useful when I had other questions. Give Alarm Grid a shout when you’re in the market. They’ll walk you through every installation step with the utmost professionalism and provide you first rate monitoring at a most reasonable rate!!!

I called today and was assisted by Sophie. She did a great job helping me set up some new sensors. We've been an Alarm Grid customer for over seven years and have had a great experience every time we call for assistance. They are very friendly, reliable and professional. Sterling helped me set up my first system, and all of the other technicians have been great.
