I had been with another alarm company for 15 years and wanted to be able to get remote arm/disarm capabilities. Other company said 3 year contract and $500. I did some research and came across Alarm Grid's YouTube page and my mind was made up. Every video I came across was super helpful. I was able to learn that I could upgrade the PROM chip from my 15 year old system that I didn't even know could be upgraded. I then learned about the dual path Internet and cellular communicators and made up my mind since their videos were so helpful that I wanted to give them my monitoring business. I spoke with Jorge from technical support planning to confirm my needs before placing my order. Dylan got my new monitoring account all setup and tested. Overall has been a great experience from start to finish. Do your self a favor and go with Alarm Grid. Not with just their products but their monitoring and amazing tech support!

I had bought Honeywell Lyric Controller and 5800C2W wireless panel for my home. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in helping me install the units. I bought it because it would connect with my Homekit but learned in there videos that the panel has to be associated with a alarm company. To make an even longer story shorter they professionally helped me out and got me connected. Now I’ve got my homekit working and everything running smoothly. Thanks for posting the videos AlarmGrid!

Gary at AlarmGrid was very helpful with the configuration and setup of monitoring for my new Honeywell Lyric panel. This is the best experience I've ever had with a monitoring company. They're very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have been a customer of Alarm Grid since we moved into our new house in 2018. Their support staff provided excellent instructions so they could connect to our existing alarm panel and configure it. It was seamless and we were up and running in one day. I have had only one other opportunity to call their service and support team (January 14, 2021) because of an unexpected trouble signal that accompanied an alarm event (I made too much smoke while cooking). Darrell Kittle at Alarm Grid support had me email photos of my panels/wiring, downloaded the panel configuration, and figured out what was happening. He made the right adjustments and solved my problem. I really appreciated that he was wiling to stay on the phone with me and do whatever was necessary to resolve my issue.

I have been an Alarm Grid customer for many years. The support staff has always been able to resolve any issues I have had.
