I recently installed a Lyric system along with a 5800C2W (convert wired zones to wireless). The purchasing process was flawless - systems arrived sooner than I expected.The youtube videos are very professionally done. Prior to purchase, I had many questions about the system. Dylan Andriano was super patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. A fantastic company to work with. I will highly recommend them to anyone installing any security equipment. Signed up for the monitoring and Dylan also helped get that completed in a timely manner.

Could not have had a better experience with alarm grid. Decided to upgrade my old Vista 20P panel to a Homekit enabled a Honeywell Lyric. Unfortunately, I did have some issues with the original unit being shipped to me. But alarm grid did not hesitate to send me a new lyric controller and got me up and running within a few days.

Darrell was very patient and help today. I was not sure which of the many ways to set up the communicator and which of the two transformers to use based on the instruction booklet that came with the device, so I had not started any of the wiring or powering up before the phone consultation. He walked me through the option that i needed to use. I decided that since the wiring was going to take me a while, I should set up a second follow-up consultation for activation.
