I had a great experience with Alarm Grid and its customer service. I purchased a home with a preinstalled system that was previously managed by a different company, and for which I did not have the Installer Code (which had been changed from its default). Nathan was great and managed to overcome several hurdles and activate the account anyway. He was also nice in answering my questions and sending me some additional information I requested. Definitely five stars!

234 prior 5-star reviews can’t all be wrong. I am pleased to share how AlarmGrid, once again, provided a fantastic customer experience. Working with Freddie was great. He patiently guided me on a configuration unique to a specific scenario, outlining what I can expect and how I can influence what needs to happen to fit my requirements. We went thru validation scenarios & he made the entire process easy. While the journey lasted a few weeks /phone calls because I needed to procure an upgrade to an older system, working with Darrell and Griffin was also a pleasure. Their videos and documentation is great for DIY alarm monitoring aficionados. I’ve been using AlarmGrid since 2016 when I first documented my experience, and since then have helped others get on-boarded with AlarmGrid successfully - across various states. A+++ customer service. Sure you might find a widget for a fee bucks less on Amazon but no way will you get their service .

I worked with Freddie today to get my alarm system setup. He was super patient and knew how to guide me through all the steps.

Travis knows his stuff. He helped me get the fobs enrolled in no time. Alarm Grid should buy him a lunch, or something, for his good work and friendly demeanor. I give him a 5+ out of 5. Gerry Brinker

This company really on their A game, very responsive and everyone very concerned in helping their customers. My first interaction was with Sterling over one of their YouTube tutorials video, posted a question and he replaced within minutes. I was interested in Self monitoring my existing alarm equipment. Now comes Fred Daniels, what an outstanding Tech, he was assigned to call me over the phone to guide me through out the activation process with Total Connect, received the call on time as scheduled, just want to mention my panel required some unplugging and software resets, the call lasted approximately 48 mins, but Fred really managed to guide me through every step until he finally got my system all set up and provided my Total Connect log in info. Fred was very respectful, patient and professional, I will definitely recommend Alarm Grid for anyone in the market for alarm services.
