I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Keith to upgrade an existing legacy system before activating new monitoring services. The process was effortless and straightforward. Even though there are many steps along the process, the team was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every question. The patience and outstanding customer service should serve as an example of how to build trust and confidence with customers, both new and existing.

Travis was not only prompt, professional and very patient, but also very thorough in troubleshooting the problem with the flood monitoring probe that was purchased from them. The problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for all of the help and support I was given by Alarm Grid to try to solve an issue with my current system as well as an upgrade to a newer cellular transmitter. Griffin was exceptionally patient and walked me through each step. Of course, I had many questions which he answered thoroughly and without rushing me. I think it's important to recognize exceptional people, especially in the area of customer service. After having my Honeywell Vista 20P system installed and monitored for quiet a few years by one of the “larger” companies, their annual price increases finally pushed me to find a less expensive option. After some internet research, I gave Alarm Grid a call and I’ve been a very satisfied customer since 2018. Alarm Grid has been great. Customer service has been excellent and proactive. They made sure to let me know when my Cell Communicator reached its end of life before it quit working. What a concept, huh? I’m a DYI’er and love the ability to work on my system and add sensors or modify the system knowing that they are always there if I need help which I occasionally do. Thanks to the almost complete failure of our US Postal System over the last few years (sorry for the rant), I was forced to walk up my long driveway multiple times every afternoon/evening to see if our mail had been delivered, never really knowing if it had been delivered or not (it was sometimes delivered as late as 9:00 PM). I finally decided to add a Honeywell sensor to my mailbox and had a couple issues getting the configuration worked out which they were able to resolve in a few minutes. So, now I get a notification when our mailbox is opened and one when it is closed. I can only imagine how much effort it would have taken trying to get my last monitoring company to install something non-standard like that. Recently, I had a motion sensor (part of my original system, over ten years old) complain about a low battery. After switching out the battery and still having problems, I figured the sensor may be going bad. I finally resolved the issue after several attempts so maybe the first battery was low or the contacts were dirty. This latest issue made me wonder how long the Vista 20P control panel usually lasts and knowing how painful it is to lose a computer motherboard, I reached out to Alarm Grid with several questions. Freddie went the extra mile and answered my questions about my battery issue sending my a list of supported batteries for the sensors I had installed in my system and reassured me that the Vista 20P control panel was very reliable and very rarely failed. And he also downloaded the current configuration and sent me a copy (PDF) of it for my records and let me know that even if the control panel failed, it wasn’t going to be a big effort to reconfigure it. I can’t recommend Alarm Grid enough. They have been unbelievably supportive and are always responsive and eager to help.

In view of the upcoming 3G cellular termination, I needed a solution for our home Vista-20P alarm panel. My original monitor and servicing company would have been costly and intrusive so we opted for the product upgrades available from Alarm Grid. During the self install of a LTEM-PV and add on module PROWIFIZW, Fred Daniels helped me troubleshoot a mis-wire (my fault) and activate the LTEM-PV installed sim. Once activated with alarmnet360, Fred stepped through the entire programming process with me on the line (punching buttons as needed) until he and I successfully activated the alarm system with the new upgrades. Kudo's to you Fred for all your help and patience. 5 STARS!

Alarm Grid is great to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go with that one big name with a terrible contract.

Freddie was amazing, he was able to fix my connectivity issue and was very specific and helpful with his instructions. He was also super patient and gave me a lot of details along the way. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and love this company.
