Thank you to Freddie Daniels for his assistance with our security motion sensors. He helped me with a battery issue and provided excellent information and assistance. We talked and exchanged emails. Thank you again!

I’ve had Alarm Grid monitoring my home for almost 2-1/2 years. I appreciate the excellent technical support I received setting up my system and the affordable monthly rate. And just this last week, my alarm went off during the night! Thankfully, it was only a sensor that had come loose, but I was extremely grateful that someone called to insure I was safe while I figured out what was happening. Again, their technical support team was superb and I’m thankful for Brandon helping me sort out what failed in my system and Freddie for his excellent advice on how to repair and be more prepared if my alarm were to go off again. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the level of service I receive from AlarmGrid. Most recently, Fred Daniels went above and beyond in helping me diagnose and resolve issues with our system. I spoke with him last week when one of our water sensors detected a leak, and then again this week to follow up. He helped me change the type of signal prompted by the water sensor (from "police panic" to "engineering"), researched how I might remove the error on my panel, and investigated where I could find additional water sensors to attach to our existing system. All while being incredibly competent, understandable, and patient. Thank you, Freddy and AlarmGrid!

I am new to the alarm system with this company and I called on a Friday night and I thought there would be no one to help. I was wrong. I had a tech named Travis who spent so much time walking me through everything and got everything I needed done. If you call ask for Travis and you will see what I mean. Not only a great guy but really smart. The type that knows how to explain things without making you feel dumb. Class act !!

We found Alarm Grid when we were planning a new comprehensive system with monitoring. Many complicated questions arose during the install and connection to monitoring services and each time the staff at Alarm Grid was there with answers and solutions. Most recently, Freddie in tech support found an update that was needed and without took ownership and promptly resolved. This has given us confidence to give them our account for monitoring. Truth be told, you get so much more from their service. Thank you, staff at Alarm Grid.

Travis Cox was incredibly professional and so easy to talk to. He made setting up my security panel enjoyable. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Travis!

I had a fantastic experience setting up my system with Travis from Alarm Grid. As someone who is a new homeowner (who knows next to nothing about alarm monitoring), Travis was extremely helpful in explaining everything I needed to know to get started. Highly recommend Alarm Grid.
