A very positive upgrade experience. We were upgrading our alarm system with a dual path communicator and Freddie was both highly responsive and effective at helping us get it up and running. The online resources were also very useful.

Alarm Grid’s Tech Support Rep, Travis, was very patient and helpful throughout the process as I worked with him on my problem: the SIXMINICT lost power and I lost further control of it (accidentally “bricked” it) by deleting it from the system when it went into “trouble mode” instead of giving a low battery indication. Actually "Fred" also played a key role in recognizing what must have happened, and "Travis" worked with me over the long haul to get it all figured out and a new part shipped out to me. Alarm Grid is exemplary in providing these really great support techs and faithful in providing a replacement component for the inoperable one. A++++.
