The service I receive from alarm grid was five star and more. Travis Cox Was the technician that helped me Troubleshoot the keypad that was not working for the system. He was very patient and informative. I would definitely be using alarm grid again for all my alarm services needs.

AlarmGrid sells and provides support for any equipment you could want. Fred Daniels recently helped me resolve a trouble message at 7pm on a Friday night! I am confident I have the best home security available with AlarmGrid.

I activated two lynx systems at the same time. One worked immediately. The other was very stubborn. I was able to solve the communicator issues when I was able to chat with Freddie in tech support. Both systems are working fine. The total connect system is a nice additional interface. Bravo

I started using Alarm Grid about two years ago for the Total Connect 2.0 subscription because I saw such good reviews and information they’ve provided online. The setup was easy and FAST! I recently moved to a new house and brought my communicator module with me. I had some issues setting it up (no fault of alarm Grid), but I called to get assistance, somewhat expecting that the issue would be mine to figure out. Boy was I wrong, Thomas helped me solve the issue even when I thought we were out of luck. This guy put true customer service above anything else. I am so appreciative and will continue referring Alarm Grid to friends and family. Thank you again Thomas!

This was a great experience. Not only was the switch to Alarm Grid easy, they helped me immensely by giving me the best advice when I ran into a monthslong "snafu" with my former alarm company. Alarmgrid's advice finally helped me release my system, which literally was being held hostage by an alarm company with whom I had no contract and none of their equipment. And it wasn't just the advice and the great tutorials they have online, but the fact that they stuck with me through the process for weeks. I highly recommend doing business with Alarm Grid and not signing any contracts or buying anyone's proprietary equipment. I didn't and still had issues.

From the sales staff to the support staff, Alarm Grid is awesome! After several failed attempts to get my cell card released from my old monitoring company, we finally got the card released and set up with Alarm Grid. Darrell, in support, was knowledgeable and patient and we got everything up and going with no problem. They even fixed a problem that the previous company just could not in a few minutes. I am very tech-savvy and It is great working with a company that is a Do-it-Yourself company.

Contacted support for an issue I had on the panel. Brandon helped me thru it and added links to not only the part but how to replace it. I always had great experience when contacting support. Been a loyal customer since 2016 and this group has a lot to do with that.
