I have been using Alarm Grid for equipment and Monitoring for several years now. Everytime I call or need assistance, they are there for me. Great Equipment, Great Monitoring and Great Customer Service. Hands down better than the local company that has no customer service or help.

Excellent Company, they were helpful from the first day. I emailed them late Sunday night and they replied back Monday and informed me of my options.I ordered a communicator that day, received it on Wednesday, and installed it Thursday. Friday I emailed Brandon that I was ready for activation and wow in a short time he called me and had my system activated and ready to use Total Connect 2.0 Thanks Brandon and to all at Alarm Grid, what a great company.

I switched with Alarm Grid today. I am an older person and a little slow with computer and tech stuff. They walked me through it and never gave up on me. They all were so very nice. Took 2 calls but got it done. Love the system. Best price around too.

This was the second system that I converted to AlarmGrid using their hardware and expertise. This one was more complicated and there were a couple of problems but they walked me through them or gave me enough information to help me figure them out myself. It was a bit difficult getting through to a live person sometimes but usually someone was available in a chat session. These folks really know what they're doing. Nothing stumped or surprised them. They had solutions and answers. They guided me to the best products offered at fair prices. If you are at all handy and at least moderately resourceful, you can totally handle doing business with them and changing your system over to them. Their monitoring plans are also much less expensive than the Big Ones. They don't try to flim-flam you, upsell you, or try to baffle you with BS. Very straight forward. I recommend them to everyone.

I have 2 security systems registered with Alarm Grid and I have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, etc. In short, service as we expect it to be and as it should be. This continued with a recent issue that Freddie helped resolve. The owner(s) of Alarm Grid have always hired the best and then train them properly. One could only wish that all customer service operations were as good as Alarm Grid

Brandon was extremely helpful and just in general the company is great. Their YouTube videos are well made and the support staff are very helpful.

I recently purchased a Honeywell PROA7Plus alarm panel with PROTAKEOVER module from Alarm Grid after having two older systems installed by other companies which haven't been used in a long time. After spending time doing research, I realized DIY was the way to go and Alarm Grid made it easy. I received multiple emails and calls asking if I needed assistance getting setup. After I finished installing the system, Travis Cox was extremely helpful getting the registration completed and self monitoring started. I plan to continue expanding the system by adding a PROLTE module for cellular backup and PROSIXC2W wireless converter to use the existing wiring for the old sensors in our home.
