Their customer service is outstanding. I have recommended Alarmgrid to friends, and family, and they have never disappointed. I highly recommend alarmgrid!

I've had problems with my Honeywell Lyriq panel for quite sometime since I disassociated myself from my previous contractual agreement with a crappy monitoring service. Alarm Grid helped me, without me even having an account with them, without monitoring service or anything. The staff went well out of their way to help. Griffin emailed me and helped me through my initial issues and then when it seemed it was a Honeywell/Risideo problem, Alarm Grid even had experts with those panels. Darrell K walked me through the rest of the way, I activated my panel, chose a non-contractual plan and I can't even commend the level of courtesy and professionalism enough. Darrell, Griffin, and the rest of Alarm Grid have my thanks and my business! I would recommend them a thousand times over!

I have upgraded a 35 year wired alarm system in my house. I am a do it yourselfer, unafraid of taking on things I know nothing about. The Alarmgrid folks helped me select the right parts and sent me a bunch videos that took the mystery out of the job. Initial setup resulted in a problem which was worked by several techs but still would not reset the smoke detectors. I have 8 smokes on 4 separate zones powered by 4 separate relays. Not your basic setup. The techs pulled in an expert, Freddie Danials, who spent over an hour with me running through many different tests till he figured out the problem was with a program setting. These guys have lots of patience with guys like me. I highly recommend working this company, they are great!

Absolutely amazing company and people that work there. This is the 3rd house I have used Alarmgrid with. Never have issues and always willing to walk me through all setups and trouble shooting. Price is perfect and results are on point
