I'm a new customer, so it's still early to give a review. Having said that, my overall opinion is "so far, so good". Customer support, specifically the initial activation process, was excellent. They were extremely helpful when I talked to them, and very prompt when I called. In addition, they have an amazing YouTube channel, with videos covering the installation and setup of all the devices they sell. I found this to be incredibly helpful when installing my new equipment. One thing to note, changing my account email address didn't come into effect immediately. Even though I could see the updated email on their site, I continued to receive emails on the original email for a day or two. After a few days, they started sending emails to the updated email address. I imagine if I had mentioned the issue to them, they would have taken care of it sooner. I was just surprised it didn't automatically update in their system.

I have had Alarm Grid for 8 years. I've been very satisfied with the top-in-class value in the home monitoring service, in addition to the live support team, online how-tos and content. (Sterling needs to do a tech tips cameo or special edition of Ask Sterling) Recently I had a problem with notifications. Travis at Alarm Grid Support was very responsive in communications and troubleshooting and quickly resolving the technical issue!

I have had Alarm Grid as my Alarm company for nearly 10 years. They along with their central station subcontractor have always been reliable and extremely helpful and courteous. Recently I had a problem with Total Connect 2 notifications. Travis and Darrell K. were patient, thorough and persistent with Resideo to get Resideo to fix the problem. I am really happy with Alarm Grid and glad I chose Sterling's company for my system.

Brandon Moulden was instrumental in making this purchase easy. He knows what he is talking about, and everything I purchased works great. Why pay for some alarm company subcontractor to install when you can easily do it yourself with some planning.

Very responsive and timely. Any time I have needed help, customer support has been outstanding. Follow-up is impeccable and Darrell Kittle always seems to find the time to provide me with information that not only assists with the problem at hand but helps me further understand my system. I highly recommend Alarm grid.
