Darrell is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped me order what I needed and did the activation as well. 5 stars all departments from me. I wish I would have found alarm grid years ago. They answer their phone and tech support response is very fast. I highly recommend them!!!

Contacted Alarm Grid and spoke with Brandon for help with some error messages on my L5100. Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and additionally provided some guidance should I decide to upgrade in the near future. I don't have to call Alarm Grid for assistance very often but whenever I do the service and support is the very best.

Been with Alarm Grid for 5+ years for 3 different residences - always top-notch service! The most recent interaction had the problem resolved informatively and rapidly - Huge Kudos to Freddie for walking me through the Z-Wave troubleshooting/updating/pairing process!

I emailed a question regarding my need to upgrade my current alarm system. I received a very informative response with links to items I would need, and links to videos about installing and setting up the additional equipment. Furthermore, I received this within 13 minutes of sending my original query. I was not surprised, as this has been my experience with past interactions with Alarm Grid. In today's world, this level of service is almost unheard of. Easy to contact, quick response, without having to wade through a FAQ to ask a question.

Found Alarm Grid searching internet for a new home security system. Next I checked for information on Alarm Grid with BBB where I saw this company was rated A+ with only one complaint in 3 years, excellent. Then I contacted Alarm Grid with particulars about my home. Brandon with Alarm Grid responded in less than one working day. Excellent response and information and rating. I intend to buy a security system from this company.

Alarm Grid has been great for the years I have been with them. Both tech support (Darrell K - great on latest exchange on a panel swap/setup) and also monitoring for our system for a number of years. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend Alarm Grid to future customer and DIY.
