Alarm Grid has excellent customer service. I signed up after 5PM on a Monday, and had received two follow-up calls before noon on Tuesday.

Quick, easy, and professional. Prices on equipment are great, install videos are incredibly helpful for DIY, and remote setup took no more than 10 minutes. Hope we never have to use their services beyond that, but great peace of mind to have.
