Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!

The responsiveness, knowledge and expertise of the people is exceptional. And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer! I am thrilled to have found Alarm Grid and can't speak highly enough of the company -- and glad to be free of the other (name brand) guys!

I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.

I am located almost 100 miles away from an alarm installation company so I found it too costly to maintain my alarm system. I decided to upgrade my system on my own with help from Alarm Grid (AG). I found their online resources spot on and with some research and help from AG I was able to do it myself. Now I'm much more confident actually knowing how my system works. AG representatives were very patient and nice. And in particular I would like to thank Thomas Ward for going above and beyond in his customer support!

Customer service has been consistently excellent. From my initial purchase a couple of years ago to day, whether through online chat, email, or voice, I have found the staff at AlarmGrid (Freddie and Dylan in particular) to be very helpful. Highly recommended.

Alarm Grid has great online help and videos. I was able to research and learn much of what I needed to know before I actually started my install. Any questions I still had were answered via email. When it came time to connect the cellular and test the system, Alarm Grid patiently walked me through the process.

Outstanding company. Alarm Grid sells the latest state of the art professional security equipment for Do It Yourselfers. They also offer remote apps like Total Connect 2.0 that are reserved for only dealers to offer, at a fraction of what installed systems alarm companies charge, You would be locked in to whatever monitoring fee they charged, typically for years. Unlike every other company I seen, Alarm Grid requires no monitoring contract and you can cancel anytime. Try to find that any where else. Installation is super easy because they provide the latest state of the art equipment by top manufacturers like Honeywell where every component is wireless. They also have a help desk for any issues you may encounter during setup. This is the 2nd system I purchased and installed with them. Brandon at tech support activated the system within minutes and was super responsive. The monthly monitoring fee with the remote app for both systems is less than half for what I was quoted for just one system from a well known national company. I guess they have to pay the salesperson a commission. Sure, years ago a security system needed to be purchased, hardwired, programmed, and you had to go through the expensive dealer. No more. So glad I found this company.
