New customer programming and set up by AlarmGrid was excellent. They got my Vista 20P alarm system and LTE Communicator online and operating with TC 2.0 with a basic monitoring plan which is what I wanted. Brandon handled the task front to back. There were a few challenges that he addressed with patience and professionalism. Up on TC 2.0 and it is operating flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Brandon with my new account and all the necessary set up. Highly recommend AlarmGrid for self monitoring with the TC 2.0 tool.

Installation of AlarmGrid service on a Z-Wave system went flawlessly after I upgraded the modem/communicator. Thomas was extremely professional and, I suspect, exemplifies the entire company's perspective on customer service. Home alarm monitoring, at about half the price that we were paying, is the main reason we switched to Alarm Grid.

We have had nothing but great experiences with AlarmGrid. Their support staff is friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful! Often, the first response to your request is "DONE!". The monitoring service they use has always been quick to call, understanding, and always focused on asking the right questions. Even during the chaos of a false alarm, they get you from first call to confirmed false alarm in 30 seconds. I have recommended AlarmGrid several times and even today helped a friend activate their new service with AlarmGrid. As usual, the call came on-time, was quick, and the representative on the phone was very helpful and informative.

The Alarm Grid is 1st rate and the company does exactly what it says it does. It enables and supports its customers to design, install, operate, and diagnose their security systems, all on their own. I have been an Alarm Grid customer for 10+ years, and I continue to highly value their technical support team. From time-to-time I get myself into a jam, and the team is 100% behind me to resolve my issue. I have worked with many techs over the years. Recently I had the pleasure to work with Darrell Kittle, and he's as sharp as they come. I often create these bizarre problems, that to me are quite convoluted. Darrell explained what I did wrong, and why I did what I thought was right. So it's more than just fixing things. This team will educate you as you go (sometime stumble) along. They also have a great technical blog and a terrific selection of installation videos, which often times is exactly what you need to continue. So if you're interested in installing and maintaining your own security system (mine is 64 zones!) this is the company you want to work with. They also sell every possible panel configuration and sensor that's out there. So, for me, it has always been a one-stop shop.
