Dear people please be aware that i got an email today saying that AED 25 was deducted from my travel card since I have not used it since a month this is despite the fact that i have used the card to remit Money to India from the card , further they say that if the card is not used every month then AED 25 would be deducted every month so please think 100 times before you take a decision to buy a travel card from Al Ansari exchange . When I got the card they did not disclose this and said the card was valid for 5 years and there were no additional charges to it . So this was a rude shock to me .

Have third class and useless services

I had a very unpleasant experience with the teller at the Al Rigga branch. She did not communicate properly or confirm the transaction details with me before entering them into the system. As a result, the amount recorded for my SSS payment was incorrect\. Because of this experience, I will no longer process my SSS payments through any SSS branch. I hope this issue can be addressed and that proper communication and confirmation with customers will be emphasized.

This is the worst exchange ever full of scams and thieves. Ever since I sent money with them from 6th of July upto date they are just trying to wast my time. Today I try to change my money not big enough in alghurair mall and the guy in the counter Arabic forcing me to give him a nice feedback I said I can write how I feel and he said I will not change your money.is this how you train your staffs no Manner at all all.for 10 dirhams it’s all I got no respect I think you should hire with right conduct.

Loaded the card online with 900 plus euros before leavi g for a holiday in Germany, I personally went to the IBN to check if any changes need to be done to the app He said no just use it Now in Germany for last 3 days, the card does not work, running out of cash, No online support So sent my brother to the exchange to find a solution was advised, reset password and will work Tried everything but when we go to the shop, does not work I will never recommend it, carry your cash or pay by your UAE card, atleast will earn some points or rewards for internationally spend Totally disappointed with the product
