All good except one thing that caused…
All good except one thing that caused too much of my time than the previous experience. I had to enter all the information twice. I felt it was a waste of my time. I didn’t have to do that in the past. Alanita would do all these for me. I wish you would go back to the same system and save our time.

Responsive
Had been a long time customer with Alanita. Most recently had a situation to book and rebook and cancel flights. Their service was outstanding. Very responsive and helped resolve the matter very quickly. They not only helped getting a refund from the airlines but also refunded me the balance which the airline refused to refund.

Outstanding, lightning-fast service from Neeraj
I recently had the pleasure of working with Neeraj, and he provided absolutely outstanding service. I needed to find the best flight options across multiple different airports, and Neeraj quickly located the absolute lowest prices available. He was incredibly efficient, sharing all the details via email and making multiple prompt calls within a short period to ensure we didn't miss out on the fares.Once we finalized the itinerary, he processed the ticket purchase seamlessly. To top it off, he was even able to modify my tickets afterward to add extra checked luggage, which was incredibly helpful. Neeraj handled all of my requests quickly, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him for his efficiency and excellent customer care!
