Prompt and friendly communication and service.

Siddarth was very helpful and patient during the entire process. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I could not get my tickets. I will be sure to call him and get my tickets when i am ready based on my amazing experience.

Very helpful and prompt and friendly

Thank you for asking for our feedback. We expected better service from Alanita Travels. During our booking process, we faced repeated difficulties with ticket issuance and cancellations due to the passenger name issue. On our third booking, the ticket price displayed was USD 1,249.80, but an additional USD 13.10 was deducted without our consent. A further USD 8.66 was deducted as a test amount. After we raised the issue, your employee, Mr. Dilip, assured us that the additional amounts would be refunded. However, we have not received the refund yet. This experience has caused us considerable inconvenience and mental stress. We are disappointed because we had higher expectations of your services. Our feedback is that customer service should be transparent, unauthorized deductions must be avoided, and refund commitments should be honored promptly. We request you to refund the total amount of USD 21.76 through Zelle to the cardholder's account linked to +1 (203) 224-8534, in the name of Sandeepa Garlapati, and confirm once the refund is completed. We hope you will resolve this issue promptly and improve your service for customers. Thank you.
