Typically, I don't take the time to do this but I think it's warranted in this case. I ordered the same Canada Goose coat from AK Rikks and one from a major department store. It was difficult getting this particular coat in my size so I ordered it from 2 different places as a fail safe. I received both coat in time for Christmas and was faced with the decision of which one to return. The one I ordered from the department store came with a $250 gift card so for most it would be a no-brainer to return the one from AK Rikks. Due to the outstanding customer service and communication, the complimentary expedited shipping, and beautiful packaging, I decided to keep the coat I bought from AK Rikks. I'd much rather spend my money with a small business that takes time to give immaculate customer service than receive $250 in gift cards from a major store that just does the bare minimum. I 100% recommend AK Rikks and I will certainly be shipping with them again in the future
