I’m a pretty young guy who came into the store wearing a hoodie and sweatpants and looked like a complete bum. Chase treated me like any other client, and cared about my needs and styling taste. He has always gone the extra mile for me scouring for stuff I need, and providing samples of colognes for me to explore. He is always very nice and accommodating when I come to the store. I feel so bad because I don’t know everyone’s name at the store, but somehow even those that aren’t my stylist or have never helped me before, know my name and warmly greet me anytime I come. I’m very introverted but you guys have excelled in creating a welcoming environment that makes it easy to shop and not feel judged for my appearance and I consider the store a place to relax and unwind on the weekends. Thanks for all the effort and sincerity you all bring to your clients.

Items came quickly and were packaged exceptionally well. If I were able to go to the store personally I would buy due to my work hours I had to do my order online. I was very happy with my order and will do so again in the future.

Purchased as Isaia sports jacket and pants over the internet. As it was a final sale item, no refunds were allowed. So I emailed/texted and spoke with Chase, one of their sales consultants who was very helpful in making sure I knew the size of the garmet before I purchased it. He sent me measurements, and even sent me a phot of a co-worker who was the same height, weight and waist size as me wear the sports coat to make sure I knew how it would fit. When the sportscoat arrived, I had no problems with the fit! Thanks A.K. Rikks for the great service in making an internet purchase for a non returnable item, and I will not hesitate to buy from you again in the future.
