AkiflowReviews of akiflow.com

Akiflow is a fantastic tool that has greatly improved my productivity. The interface is intuitive, the features are thoughtfully designed, and the team regularly adds useful updates. I especially appreciate being able to bring in tasks from other tools I use, such as Asana, Gmail, and Todoist.

It's the best Planning tool I've ever used. Imo only Sunsama might be a competitor, depending on what kind of service you prefer.

I am a college student with ADHD and this tool really helps me be successful.

I have found the solution to be remarkably intuitive and effective in addressing a longstanding challenge: consolidating my workflow into a single, centralized location. This encompasses the tasks I need to complete, the timelines associated with those tasks, and the individuals with whom I must collaborate, particularly in environments where organizations employ a diverse array of tools tailored to specific teams. For example, I have historically needed to manage JIRA, meeting notes, and various items in Notion concurrently. The utilization of a tool such as Akiflow has significantly reduced the time I spend on these tasks to only a few minutes each day. While it has not directly enabled me to complete the tasks themselves, it has certainly enhanced my ability to identify and prioritize my responsibilities. Consequently, this represents the highest form of commendation I can offer for any tool or solution.

As a professional musician with an expansive portfolio of projects Akiflow has been my lifeline for managing my time and busy schedule. The application itself is intuitive, and having access to everything everywhere I go makes my life so much easier! Their customer service team has been amazing, they respond quickly, are friendly and go above and beyond to help users.

Peache was helpful and fast to resolve my billing query. Love the product and works amazing for task management - and is one of few software not trying to take over the world! Stick to best in market at task management.

Great customer service. E-Mailed them about a student discount, got it within the hour, absolutely no hassle. Rarely had a company respond that quickly and effortlessly, props.

I've worked with many of these task-calendar apps, but Akiflow is head and shoulders above the others. Easy to use - you don't learn a new system, you just start using it. Intuitive, reliable, simple design, no unnecessary features... I don't have a single complaint.
